Christos House is asking individuals and organizations to help us raise awareness of Domestic Violence Awareness Month by observing Purple Thursday on Oct. 20th.
To participate, just wear a purple (or similar color) shirt or article of clothing.
Domestic violence affects many people, not only in our community, but around the world as well. It is estimated that one in three women and one in four men will be experience abuse in a relationship.
Help us raise awareness of this societal epidemic and bring the cycle to an end.
